Qualifications & Training:
I hold a Masters (with Merit) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton.
I have three years' experience working with those in abstinent recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, so have a good working knowledge & understanding of issues around addiction, and the impact of addiction on the individual and those around them.
I also have a unique awareness and understanding of ADHD, and the issues faced by those with a diagnosis, through my own childhood diagnosis.
I have completed various training, including training in Adult ADHD and Anxiety, treatment of ADHD beyond medication, working with Chemsex, Childhood Sexual Abuse, and working with Avoidant Attachment.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), and I abide by their ethical framework.
