Qualifications & Training:

I hold a Masters (with Merit) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), and I abide by their ethical framework.

I have specialist experience and knowledge in Autism and ADHD, with a unique, personal understanding of both neurotypes, having my own childhood ADHD & adult Autism diagnosis. I have extensive clinical experience working with many ADHD/AUDHD/ASD adults, have undergone various trainings in ADHD and Autism, have consulted on an ADHD Campaign for the BACP, and designed and delivered my own training courses on Autism and ADHD to various therapeutic organisations, including Aashna and multiple branches of MIND.
Alongside my work as a therapist I am also a musician and writer, and have a special interest in working with creatives and those in the art
