Qualifications & Training:
I hold a Masters (with Merit) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton.
I have three years' experience working with people in abstinent recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, so have a good understanding of issues around addiction, and their impact on the individual and those around them.
I also have a unique awareness and understanding of ADHD, and the issues faced by those with a diagnosis, from my own childhood diagnosis.
I have completed training in Adult ADHD and Anxiety, Chemsex, and Avoidant Attachment.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), and I abide by their ethical framework.
